He will inspect your home for termites at no charge and provide you with details of his findings, along with solutions to kill and prevent termites. Josh takes pictures while he's under your house so that you can see what he has discovered.  Depending upon his findings, you will be provided with solutions along with up-front pricing so that you can make the best decision based on your preferences and budget. 

MLP offers a mosquito and tick control service, with a option to add carpenter bee treatment to prevent damage to wood on and near your home. The Mooe's Landscaping and Pest Control system is safe for people and pets and surpasses almost every other mosquito control company in the Statesville, Hickory, Mooresville and Troutman areas. When you set up your mosquito and tick control service with MLP, you get 8 monthly treatments beginning in March and ending in October. If you are having an excess of mosquitoes in between visits (which does happen during the rainy periods), we re-treat upon request at no additional charge. AND... when MLP sends out a technician for a re-service, the formula is a little different so that your results are quickly noticeable. 

Upon request, Included with your pest control service, MLP offers a mouse control option to eliminate mice from your home or business. Our team is also able to  identify the source of the infestation and provide you with options to prevent future problems.

As your local Iredell (and surrounding counties) Getter of Critters, Josh Mooe Sr. is licensed and insured to trap, locate, remove and deter wildlife pests including raccoons, snakes, opossums, squirrels, bats, rats, voles and moles. Josh is kinda like your local "snake and raccoon whisperer". Josh becomes friends with your unwanted critter visitors before releasing them into their new home - FAR, FAR AWAY from your home. (No one knows for sure if he ACTUALLY becomes friends with ALL of them, but if you're around Josh long enough, you will know the names of quite a few of these critters).

Even though wildlife has been removed, it is quite possible that another critter may move back in through the entry points. Therefore, MLP also offers an exclusion service to seal off all of the entry points identified. This service often, especially in the case of bats, requires a temporary exit door built to allow the bats (or other wildlife) out be not a way for them to return. Then, Josh comes back to seal off the exit and inspect the site a final time. Bat houses may be installed on your property as an added measure to keep them from trying to get back in. As a bonus to having a bat house is that bats eat mosquitoes!
