Mooe's Landscaping & Pest Control  ~ MLP ~ "Your Family Business" consists of a diverse team of individuals who all bring a unique talent, experience, skill and knowledge to the table. The MLP Team is a local business in Statesville, NC, serving Iredell and neighboring counties, including Catawba, Alexander and Cleveland.

Joshoua  Mooe Jr. and Spencer Stanley started landscaping and mowing in 2020, and made the company, Mooe's Landscaping, LLC, official in 2021. These two young men hustled to build their business: selling jobs, mowing lawns, spreading mulch, rocks and gravel, landscaping, installing sod, building pathways, cleaning up yards, pressure washing, and even moving furniture. The commitment and determination they displayed is a major part of why the MLP continues to be successful and consistently growing.

Josh Mooe Sr. joined Mooe's Landscaping in October 2023, adding his experience , licenses, skill and knowledge in pest control, wildlife, drainage repair, moisture solutions, ML became MLP, Mooe's Landscaping and Pest Control. Pest Wildlife and Termite Control have become the backbone of MLP since Josh Sr. joined the company. He is experienced and skilled in landscaping, hardscaping, drainage repair, and irrigation, and has been training the team to install larger, more complex landscaping projects. 

Betty Houston has been the administrative assistant since the beginning of Mooe's Landscaping and Pest Control in October, 2023. She is a landscape designer with a horticulture degree, Lawn, Ornamental and Aquatics Pesticide License. 

Gaige Measimer has been an unofficial Mooe's family member for many years, although he joined the  MLP team in March 2024, bringing his Certified Applicator (CA) license with him. Gaige is extraordinarily knowledge and skilled in pest control. MLP has a diverse mix of jobs, all of which, Gaige is willing and eager to learn. 

Lashae Pettigrew joined the MLP team in August 2024. She jumped right in and hit the floor running. Lashae has learned a lot, works hard, and never gives up. She is willing to do any job presented to her, and is developing great skill with her experience. 

In addition to providing professional pest control, lawn and landscaping services to our customers, MLP also helps the community, providing volunteer services, materials and discounts to non-profit organizations. The team is proud to help the Chestnut Community Center in Statesville on their volunteer day and more.
