MLP Lawn & Landscaping Services

Mooe's Landscaping and Pest Control offers weekly, bi-weekly, and annual lawn maintenance services. All of our lawn maintenance packages include mowing, weedeating, blowing debris from patios, walkways, driveways and porches. Included with the annual service agreement, your property will be visited weekly throughout the entire year, lawn fertilization, lime, and broadleaf weed control. Additional services are offered, including pre-emergent weed control, aeration/core plugging, over-seeding, disease and fungus control, insect control (like army worms, grubs and fleas), lawn rejuvenation, filling in bare spots, and repairing standing water issues. 

There are not any "No Maintenance" landscape plants. Even plastic and silk flowers need to be dusted or washed occasionally.  Low maintenance plants also need some attention. The professional team at Mooe's Landscaping & Pest Control is trained to maintain your landscaping to make it look amazing. Our team is experienced with high maintenance as well as simple, low maintenance pruning, including topiaries, hedges, annual and perennial beds, small trees, and more. MLP can price your landscape maintenance hourly, by the project, or include pruning and landscape maintenance in your annual service agreement. 

Mooe's Landscaping and Pest Control offers a variety of landscaping services in Iredell, Catawba, Alexander and Cleveland Counties. Betty has over 25 years experience designing installing and maintaining landscapes in the piedmont and foothills of North Carolina, Your landscaping will be professionally designed, installed and maintained by the MLP team, based on your site conditions, your soil, your budget and your specific needs and vision. Your landscape design will be drawn to scale, so that you can have us install your landscaping, or you could simply have us deliver the plant material and soil amendments to you along with your landscape design, and you can install the landscaping yourself. The cost is surprisingly similar to what you would pay if you purchased from a local nursery or a mail order place. 

Heavy downpours of rain can wreak havoc in your yard, and even worse in your house. Mooe's Landscaping & Pest Control has a customized solution for your individual situation. Often, a simple french drain, or groundcover for erosion control will repair water problems. However, there are situations that may require digging a drain under your house to release the water from the crawlspace, or solid drain pipes channeling water far away from your house. Possibly re-grading to prevent water from washing from neighboring property or the street. Sometimes gutter downspouts empty at places where the water remains close to the foundation of a house and needs to be channeled away.
